Just because a family has housing, doesn't inherently mean that they are equipped to maintain stability long-term.
For that reason, Family Promise of Spokane works with newly or unstably housed families on a needs-based schedule, providing ongoing life skills training, mentorship, and personalized case management aimed at equipping the family toward long-term self-sufficiency.

S.T.E.P.S. is all about giving parents the tools they need to advocate for themselves and their children. When crises arise, our families will be able to respond.

We currently support 180 families through our S.T.E.P.S. program. 96% of the families that engage in the program remain stably housed.

To provide these essential supports to families in our own backyard, it costs Family Promise of Spokane $26,894 each month.
