● Family Promise of Spokane accepts Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports that comply with RCW 59.18.257. If you provide a valid portable report, you will not be charged a screening fee.

• Otherwise, there is a $40 screening fee that will be requested when we receive your completed application.

● Screening decisions are made in compliance with Fair Housing laws and are conducted using an individualized, trauma-informed review.

● If your application is denied or conditionally approved, you will receive a written Adverse Action Notice within 14 days, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
